We all know that self-ignorance detracts from our ability to respond to opportunities and challenges. Conversely self-awareness adds to our capabilities. One of the interesting aspects about the Behavioral Health Review is that your added awareness will sub-consciously make you more mindful of opportunities that will enhance your life. You can experiment with this by putting the review away for a while. Mark on your calendar a reminder to take it again after three months. You will probably find out that you have achieved greater balance in your life.

Over the next year or so, take the review every three months and update your findings. It is likely that your scores will naturally increase. To accelerate your progress, ask a trusted friend to serve as your advisor. If you have serious concerns, you may want to ask for assistance from a licensed and certified mental health counselor.
